CONCESSION GRANTING

The object of the contract was to set up an information system support and manage Concession granting process. The IS is intended to follow and manage the water conessions within the duration of concession validity. The system has to support any data and events that are required to be followed by the law of  water registry. Allows following any data-changes related to the particular water concession, data related to concession-payments. The system alllows generating and viewing of a geographical layers including reference points, that are important for a particular concession. Allows viewing, and managing a data about concessions and about concessionaires.

INVENTORY OF GAS EMISSIONS

Agency needs an effective Inventory IS system that allows effective collecting and managing of  inventory data of gas enviromental emmissions. The main objective of the project is to develop IS, that allows  optimization of these processes. Optimization includes normalization of input data which are the base for  calculation of polluting emmissions and greenhouse gasses that will simplify, unify and speed-up a reporting.

The system is compatible with  the existing IS. It allows:

• automatic and manual transportation of data from the new system EE to CRF Reporter,
• preparing reports, analysis and statistics for other intstitutions (e.g. EU, EEA, CLRTAP, UNFCCC, JRC, etc.)
• preparing reports for public
• preparing reports, analysis, statistics and queries for internal usage (experts on Agency, Ministry, etc.)
• System supports all standards and techologies that are standardized part of ARSO information sistem.

Parts of project steps are: conceptualization, project and development plan, functional specification, development of the application, data migration, implementation, testing and maintenance.
