SuperSOR is one of the most brilliant light sources in the world, and the only third generation vacuum-ultra-violet and soft X-ray light source in Japan. The facility is open to domestic and foregin researchers. It is currently in construction phase.

Cooperating with Hitachi Zosen Cosylab developed:

• Power supply and vacuum gauges control applications
•
