EPICS Control System for PX2 and SAXS/WAXS beamlines at AS

Cosylab designed, developed, installed and commissioned the software of the control system for the Australian Synchrotron beam lines PX2 and SAXS/WAXS, contracted by Oxford Danfysik. The controls included motion controls, serial devices and PLC, image processing and data analysis. The main software development was done in Ljubljana, while the control system integration and factory acceptance tests were done at the Oxford Danfysik site in Oxford, UK. Cosylab was also present at integration at the Australian Synchrotron.

Turnkey EPICS Control System for PX and PD beamlines at AS

We designed, developed, installed and commissioned the software of the control system for the Australian Synchrotron beam lines PX and PD, contracted by Oxford Danfysik. The controls included motion controls, control of serial devices and PLC, image processing and data analysis.

Turnkey EPICS Control System for AS booster

Cosylab designed, developed and installed the software of the control system for the Australian Synchrotron booster, contracted by Danfysik. Cosylab also provided remote support at integration at the Australian Synchrotron.

EPICS support for ‘IRIS’ Tilt Switch

Cosylab developed EPICS device support for the IRIS tilt switch which will be used with the APPLE II undulator at AS.

Turnkey EPICS Control System for APPLE II Undulator at AS

Cosylab designed, developed and installed the software of the control system for the Apple II undulator at Australian Synchrotron, contracted by Danfysik. The main software development was done in Ljubljana, while the control system integration and factory acceptance tests were done at the Danfysik site in Jyllinge, Denmark. Cosylab also provided remote support at integration at the Australian Synchrotron.

EPICS Control System for AS storage ring magnet power supplies

Cosylab designed, developed and installed the software of the control system for the magnet power supplies of the Australian Synchrotron storage ring, contracted by Danfysik. Cosylab also provided microIOCs which were used as input/output controllers.

Beam Loss Monitoring system for AS

Cosylab delivered a microIOC-BLM system.

EPICS training at AS

Cosylab performed 2 days of EPICS training on-site.
