Support Center Module
Giselle application is used in environments, where many users interact with the system on a daily basis and knowledge management is an important factor of the overall success of a project. Support
center web module plays a central role in providing users with up-to-date instructions, news and warnings during their every-day use of the system.

All the information in the support centre module is indexed and relevant information can easily be searched for (Figure 3).
