Why do we do mentorship?

We enable new employees to discover and use their potential. They can do that perfectly by cooperating with somebody who went through the process before them.

We also enable full time employees, our experts, to develop new ideas and new approaches, together with new employees who are starting to discover the work we do.

We are not an average company as we are always searching for new opportunities which have not been explored before. To put this vision into reality we need people with the greatest potential we can find. That's why you are here reading this lines.

How to run a meeting between a student and a mentor?

PREPARATION

• Mentor analyzes student data (CV, references, ...)
• Student calculates the approximate available time per week
• Student thinks about what he/she would like to achieve by starting the mentorship

MEETING (minimum)

• Define each other's expectations
• Define communication rules (meetings, emails, ...)
• Define the mentorship process
• Define the first deadline to achieve
• Define the final deadline for the mentorship process

FOLLOW UP

• Follow deadlines
• Follow progress
• Report to HRM
