Product Operations Specialist (m/f)

 We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Product Operations Specialist to join our Product Team and help us bring new and innovative software products to the medical market!

• Optimize department operations
  • Planning and budgeting.
  • Organize meetings with relevant stakeholders (sales, marketing, production, management).
  • Consolidate department infrastructure and tools.
  • Project management of internal projects.

• Product and department analytics
  • Create and monitor, product, and department reports.
  • Calculation of product P&L, ROI, and discounted cash flow.
  • Sensitivity analysis and determining the optimal product pricing.

• Market research and monitoring
  • Competitor offerings (products and services).
  • Industry standard pricing, and pricing strategies.
  • Identify market trends.

• Supply management
  • Negotiate with suppliers for optimal business setups.

• 2+ years of experience in product operations, product management, product marketing, or other operational role that worked closely with product and engineering teams.
• Project management experience in an agile environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills combined with being a team player.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, etc.).
• Open mind for discussion and team collaboration.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

• Experience with defining marketing strategy, target customers, pricing model, and product positioning.
• Experience in the medical device industry or clinical environment.

• Employment contract for an indefinite period with a six-month probationary period.
