Senior Electronics Engineer

• Leading the technical aspects of multiple projects
• Understanding what the project customer needs
• Taking ownership of system design and architecture
• Estimating efforts and assign them to the best people
• Being the primary technical reference entrusted by the customer
• Managing expectations before, during and after the project

• Coordinating technical work distributed geographically

The following items are a must and shall be demonstrated with concrete examples:

• Master or Ph.D. in a scientific (STEM) discipline, preferably with a focus on electronics
• Electronics design
• FPGA programming
• Realtime and low-level (e.g., drivers) programming
• C/C++ and other languages
• Problem-solving attitude
• Soft skills and good relationship management
• Delegation and coordination capability
