We are super happy and proud that our employee Janko Burgar got an award for his fantastic work. Janko was one of the founding members and pioneers in developing continuous improvements and change management programs in companies. He hopes that such incentives raise awareness about the importance of constant improvement of people, companies and society.
“Twenty years ago, we became even more aware that it’s the people that drive progress supported by the technology. Is the awareness greater today? The technological advancement is transforming the society, but hopefully not changing our fundamental values,” Janko says.
